Two of her kittens take after her, firstly Flamey (not a real name, just a nickname!!) who has the pattern of an orange flame on her forehead and embodies that famous saying: "girls kick ass!" She has been a trailblazer showing her siblings how it's done. Next is the tiniest kitty of all, who I have come to call Gremlin (she looks like one - but again, just a nickname). She looks very like her mother.
The remaining three kittens are gorgeous gingers - one of whom is female! I was surprised as I am not used to hearing about female ginger kittens. Two of the gingers (including the girl whose nickname is Latonya) are big and boisterous, while the third looks smaller (but apparently he weighs just as much) and is a bit of a loner at times. The two boy kittens are nicknamed Tré and Kanye. All 3 gingers have also been given the nickname Pumpkin by my mum, as they're the colour of that particular vegetable!
Basically...the kitties are DAMN cute. Maybe you'd even like to adopt mother AND child - that is a practice that's encouraged.
