I am a hard working professional who is well traveled, tidy, very friendly, humorous, helpful, respectful, and drug free (who drinks socially). I am looking for a roommate or roommates of similar character. I would also make an excellent house sitter (references available). Ideally I could also have a bicycle available with the rental, since I won't have a car. Yes, there are Americans who do bicycle, and can get by without a car.

I have not yet familiarized myself with the different parts of Perth, and am not tied to being in any particular areas. However, without a car I would like to be reasonably located (within biking distance and bus) of what one would consider 'places to be.' Close to the beach would be a particular plus (even though it is winter).

I am also still a bit unfamiliar with the housing prices, having just started looking. I am visiting for work and they are paying for the housing, so you can be rest assured of my rent. Please provide for me a description of your housing available and your rent requested, and we can go from there.
